There is no contact form on this page. Vetpriced is a static site with no server to receive one, and a form that quietly drops messages is worse than an email address. We reply to most email within five business days.

Report a price error

This is the most useful email we get. If a range on this site does not match what you were quoted or billed, we want to know, because a wrong number here becomes a wrong expectation in an exam room.

Send to hello@vetpriced.com with "price error" in the subject line, and include:

• The page URL and the exact figure you are disputing.
• What you were actually quoted or charged, and for what procedure.
• Your state and metro area — regional spread is usually the explanation.
• The date of the estimate or invoice, since prices move.
• The type of practice: general practice, corporate-owned hospital, emergency clinic, or specialty referral center.
• Optionally, a copy of the itemized estimate or invoice with your name and your pet's name removed. Itemized documents are the single most valuable thing a reader can send us.

What happens next: we check the claim against the primary sources behind the page. If we were wrong, we correct the page and add a dated correction note. If the page was right and your quote is genuinely different, that is still useful — it usually means our range is too narrow for a region or a practice type, and we widen it and say why. Either way we write back.

Everything else

• Sources and methodology. Ask, and we will tell you exactly which document a number came from. The standing list is on our sources page.
• Veterinarians and practice managers. If our description of what a procedure includes is wrong, correct us. We will attribute the correction if you want to be named and honor it if you do not.
• Press and permissions. Charts and tables may be reproduced with a link back to the source page. For interviews or data requests, email us.
• Newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link. If it fails, email us and we will remove you by hand.

What we cannot help with

We are not veterinarians and we do not give veterinary advice. We cannot tell you whether your pet needs a procedure, read test results, quote a price for your animal, negotiate with your clinic, or intervene in an insurance claim. If your animal is sick or injured, call a veterinarian or an emergency hospital now.

We also cannot review a specific policy for you or recommend an insurer for your situation. What we can do is show what a procedure costs and what policies typically exclude, which is on the site.
